Wearing Protective Gear While We Disinfect Businesses

When our teams clean and disinfect local businesses as part of our Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned initiative, they wear PPE to keep them safe. In the above photo, our crews suit up before they fog a local business.

Packing Out Items After a Large Water Damage Incident

When this apartment building had significant flooding that affected multiple rooms, our team packed out the damaged items. We then took these belongings back to our warehouse to be cleaned and stored until the restoration process was complete!

CLO2 (Odor Removal) Training

We ensure that all of our employees are up-to-date on new and current cleaning and restoration practices. Pictured above, some of our team members are getting a special presentation about CLO2, which we can use to remove even the most stubborn odors!

We have a variety of tools and techniques at our disposal to eliminate odors. Call (828) 396-1070 to learn more!

Cleaning Up After Fire & Water Damage

Homes with fire damage often also have water damage because of the water used to put the fires out. That's exactly what happened at this Hickory home, but our technicians were able to mitigate the damage and clean up the home.

SERVPRO of Alexander & Caldwell Counties is IICRC Certified

It's important to us that when we visit any home or business in the Lenoir or Taylorsville areas, our customers put their full trust in us to make their property's damage "Like it never even happened." That's why we make sure that we are certified by the IICRC, which is the organization that sets the standards for disaster restoration services!

Large Loss Response at Martinsville Speedway

When heavy rains fell in parts of Virginia earlier in 2018, our team was called in to help Martinsville Speedway, which had heavy flooding. Our team was quickly deployed and worked day and night to get them operational once again! In this picture, our team had a chance to drive on the track--a rare opportunity!

Visiting Philadelphia After Training

A few of our employees went out of state to receive additional training so we can better serve our customers! Before they came back, they spent some time at historical locations in Philadelphia!

Employee Appreciation Lunch

We like to tell our employees how much their efforts mean to us, so we held an employee appreciation lunch in front of one of our warehouses. All of our employees got to take a break and eat some food from the grill!
