Mold Growth in Morganton Home

When moist, stagnant air remains undisturbed for a period of time, it often leads to mold growth. This is the case in the above photos, where mold began growing in a basement that had poor air circulation. As a result, the growth had spread throughout the entire basement stairwell. Our team set up a containment zone to keep the mold spores in the area during the remediation process. After spraying the area with an antimicrobial and scrubbing away the growth (it was surface level), we were able to take down the containment zone and leave! The marks you see in the after photo are stains left from the mold, which the customer was warned about before the process began. Afterward, a test from an independent inspector told us that we had removed the mold growth!
