Fire Damage – Lenoir Home

Fire damage to this Lenoir home started as an electrical fire in a first-floor lighting fixture. Since the home was a two story house, the fire damage carried over into the second floor. The damaged pictured is where the fire started on the first floor. Obviously, this was a challenging job. We tore out all the damaged building materials and treated the entire house for soot and smoke damage. There was water damage cleanup also due to firefighting efforts. Thankfully, SERVPRO has proven procedures and products for every phase of a restoration project such as this. The after photo displays the result of the highly trained technicians on the job.
