Flood Damage – Lenoir Commercial Facility

Flood Damage at Lenoir commercial facility went undetected over a three-day weekend. A primary water supply line break allowed a tremendous amount of water into the workplace. We were called in to clean up the floodwater damage and manage the restoration project to completion. As the photo shows, we needed a full complement of water removal equipment. The property manager called us at 7:30 a.m. and we managed to assess the damage and begin extracting water by 10:30 am. We completed the water removal and began drying by the middle of that night. Once drying and dehumidification were completed an antimicrobial compound was applied to inhibit the potential growth of mold or mildew. Then the damaged materials were replaced, and the floors polished, rendering the facility operable again.
