Toilet Overflow at a Lenoir Apartment Complex

We're often called to perform work on commercial properties, but what are the odds that two nearby apartment complexes would have water damage at the around the same time? That's right; while we were conducting mitigation work at one apartment complex, another called for similar work! In the pictures shown above, the toilet overflowed in one of the units and wet the carpet of the adjacent hallway. Our team quickly sucked up the excess water and placed drying equipment to speed up the drying process. As a precaution, an antimicrobial treatment was used to prevent mold growth. The customer was very happy with our work!
