Toilet Leak in Morganton NC

Toilet-based water damage can lead to some very expensive mitigation work. In this case, the toilet leaked and flooded a customer's bathroom while they were on vacation. In the before photo, you can see how where water had touched the walls. As a result, we not only had to dry the interior, we had to cut out the affected drywall and remove moist insulation. This is an often necessary step to prevent potential mold growth. We were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and the customer was glad that we made it "Like it never even happened."
