Busted Water Heater in Lenoir, NC

A water heater in this Lenoir home busted and emptied over 3 inches of standing water into the unfinished basement. Our team immediately began the extraction process, but because there were so many possessions in the basement, we also had to perform packout services to temporarily remove the contents from the home. Our technicians placed several air movers and dehumidifiers around the basement to accelerate the drying process and mitigate the chances of mold growth. During the process, we noticed that the paint on the floor was beginning to bubble, so we had to remove that as well. The customer was impressed with our professionalism!
