Commercial Water Damage – Lenoir Hotel

Water damage to this Lenoir hotel’s main conference room left the walls, ceiling, and floor with substantial damage caused by a main water line break. At first look, the hotel management personnel and the insurance adjuster felt this would be a tear out and rebuild project. SERVPRO of Alexander & Caldwell Counties was consulted and proposed restoration which would be substantially less expensive. Everyone agreed on the plan, and we proceeded to clean up the water and bring in commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to help dry the affected areas of the large conference room. We were successful in restoring the room to a state “Like it never even happened.” The hotel management and the insurance adjuster were immensely pleased with the work.
