I am very pleased with the work they have done to my home. It was a mess from a water damage issue but SERVPRO of Catawba County East did an excellent job of cleanup and repairs to my home. Like they say, "Like it never even happened."

The SERVPRO people did a fantastic job repairing the flooring that was severely damaged by the water leakage from the refrigerator back in the fall of 2018. They took care of everything from A to Z. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and caring to work with. I’d strongly recommend that you have SERVPRO to work with you in the event anything serious should happen in your house, and those people would guide you step-by-step direction of taking care of your home. Not only that, but they’d also take care of you as well.

I had a massive leak with my washing machine that caused water to get behind my walls & made its way downstairs! So I literally had a flood in my foyer! David with SERVPRO came right out, analyzed the situation & determined where I had the moisture, cut the walls out, removed the damaged installation & brought in the dehumidifiers & fans! He checked in daily to check on the status on the drying process & today, 5 days later, we had dry walls! YAY! So I meet next week with the adjustor & SERVPRO's adjuster, to start as I call, "Phase 2" of this process...putting my home back together again! But if the contractors that come into my home are anything like David, I'll be a VERY happy customer! I am a single mother to 3 children, so I am very funny about who I let into my home. I felt safe with David in my home & around my children, like I didn't need to stand over him & watch him. He was respectful of my home, and very accommodating to my hectic crazy schedule! Highly recommend to anyone! 10 STARS!!

Cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and service I received from SERVPRO of Catawba County. We had a water leak from our ice maker. Every step of their service from restoration to repair to clean up was fantastic. We had sub floor repairs, hardwood floor repair/ refinishing, dry wall, paint and more. Their cleaning crew was amazing and my house has never been so clean! All the contractors they supplied were excellent. They even worked out payment details with our insurance company. The attention to detail at every step was amazing. SERVPRO scheduled everything with special attention to making it work with my schedule. The teamwork they provided was outstanding in everyway. They made a very painful/difficult situation, painless. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thanks to all at SERVPRO of Catawba County for your care, attention and service.

Today we had two gentlemen come to our home to inspect a mysterious leak. The two men that came were David and Richard, and they were awesome. My mother and I both commented that we have never been treated so lovely by any repair person. I will recommend both SERVPRO and these gentlemen to anyone in need, and thank you all. The leak ended up being something besides a pipe or things they are used to seeing. Yet these men stayed until they found the source of the problem. SERVPRO does a great job. We had some water damage that needed to be repaired and they took care of it quickly and professionally and walked us through the whole process. The supervisor for our case, Victor Peralta, was awesome. He called me daily to update me on the process and texted me whenever I had questions. He even offered to come out on his own time if I had concerns about anything. Best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. I would highly recommend SERVPRO.

Recently I had extensive water damage to my home caused by a leaking water heater. I contacted my insurance company, Nationwide, who referred the claim to SERVPRO. All the people that were involved in the repairs were extremely efficient and professional. I am grateful to Mark and Eric for their professional and efficient handling of my accident and to the employees involved in all the repairs. Everyone was courteous and respectful of my situation as I had to move out of my home for several weeks. I am very thankful to everyone for their consideration toward my wife and me during this time.
