Our Textiles Cleaning Service

This is just a small part of our textiles cleaning facility!

Imagine your child’s favorite teddy bear was scorched in a fire. Or perhaps the quilt your grandmother sewed was contaminated with floodwaters. Disasters often affect the items we cherish the most, but they’re not always lost.

Now having served the Lenoir, NC and Taylorsville, NC communities for 10 years, we’ve helped countless customers recover their damaged textiles—ranging from stuffed animals to firefighter jackets. As part of our restoration services, we have a full-service textiles cleaning facility capable of restoring most damaged textiles.

When a customer has damaged contents in their home, we sort them and take them back to our warehouse for cleaning and storage. In the case of textiles, we take them to our special cleaning facility. The process may slightly vary, but the typical cleaning process is as follows:

1. We tag all of the items to ensure each customer’s textiles stay together. It’s important to us that nothing is misplaced or given to the wrong customer.

2. Textiles are washed and dried using our state-of-the-art equipment. For fragile contents or those that need extra attention, we may clean them in our ESPORTA, which has the capability to clean nearly every textile.

3. Any textiles with a lingering odor are placed in our ozone chamber. This chamber eliminates any unwanted smells.

4. We carefully store cleaned textiles until we are able to return them to the customer.
